Join our team as a SAS Analyst (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Experience working in an agile environment (methodology);
- Experience in managing the lifecycle of journeys (digital and offline) – segmentation, accounting rules, channel orchestration, and monitoring;
- Conversion funnel and optimization analytics (effectiveness, lift, return, etc.);
- CRM methodologies (prioritization, control groups);
- Proficiency in customer accounting concepts (quarantine, saturation, GDPR);
- Proficiency with SAS tools – SASGUIDE, Databases – ORACLE, Data Lake;
- Use of analytical models for optimizing targets and results;
- Identify use-cases to implement according to identified objectives (sales/relationship/retention) – explore data, cross-reference clusters, and identify new opportunities;
- Implement campaigns and journeys (segment, evaluate universes, waterfalls);
- Design and implement campaign monitoring reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably using SAS.
- Proven experience in statistical modeling, data mining, and data visualization.
