Join our team as a MLOps Engineer (Hybrid – Porto)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable machine learning infrastructure.
• Develop and automate machine learning workflows, including data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of machine learning models in production.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to detect and address issues in machine learning pipelines.
• Optimize and tune machine learning models and infrastructure for cost and performance efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in machine learning operations (MLOps).
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both oral and written.
