Join our team as a Product Owner (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, developers, and designers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs;
• Define and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to development teams;
• Work closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle, providing guidance, clarification, and feedback;
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements;
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring a customer-centric approach to product development;
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings as part of Agile development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development;
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and managing software products from concept to launch;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions;
• Experience in the technology industry and familiarity with software development processes and technologies;
• PSPO I or CSPO certifications is a plus;
• Portuguese and English fluency, both written and verbal;
• Workplace: LISBON (hybrid).
