Join our team as a Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute projects focused on enhancing the customer journey from end to end;
- Utilize your expertise in CRM architecture to optimize customer interactions and touchpoints;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery;
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation;
- Drive the implementation of best practices in customer journey management and project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM architecture and systems;
- Experience in designing and implementing customer journey initiatives;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget;
- Passion for driving exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations;
- Languages: Portuguese and English;
- Workplace: LISBON (hybrid).
