Join our team as a Oracle Consultant  (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop and operate integrations around Oracle Cloud HCM using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Ensure Build & Run activities for interfaces between Oracle HCM and internal or external systems (payroll, IAM, finance, data warehouse, business applications)
• Develop and maintain OIC orchestrations, including REST/SOAP adapters and XSLT transformations
• Guarantee reliable and secure HR data exchanges in an international, regulated environment
• Handle complex or non-standard scenarios using HDL/HSDL for mass data loads and BI Publisher for targeted extractions
• Gather and formalize requirements with HR and IT teams, contributing to architecture and data reviews
• Secure data flows (authentication, encryption, GDPR compliance)
• Proactively monitor integrations, anticipate incidents and ensure service quality
• Document, industrialize and automate deliverables as part of a continuous improvement approach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application integration: including 2+ years with Oracle Integration Cloud (or equivalent iPaaS) and 3+ years working with SQL / ETL
• Mandatory experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, at least Core HR
• Expert-level OIC skills (orchestrations, REST/SOAP adapters, XSLT)
• Strong, autonomous SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL and BI Publisher (data models, bursting, security)
• Solid understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR processes and data model (assignments, salaries, organizational structures)
• Fluent French (mandatory)
• Advanced English (professional working proficiency)
• Comfortable handling complex integrations and edge cases
• Strong communication skills and a sense of operational ownership
