Join our team as a Lead .Net Developer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core and modern UI frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable architectures and microservices-based solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration across frontend and backend systems.
• Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms to deliver robust, content-driven solutions.
• Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Leverage DevOps practices and tools, including GitHub workflows and actions, to streamline development and deployment pipelines.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to continuous innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core).
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid knowledge of REST API design and development.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Next.js, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring development teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, particularly GitHub workflows and actions.
• Experience designing and working with scalable systems and microservices architectures.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2). 
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
