Join our team as a Business Analyst/PowerBI Developer (Remote- Based in Portugal)!
What You’ll Do:
- Gather requirements with stakeholders, defining objectives, metrics and KPIs aligned with business needs
- Design, build and maintain efficient data models, ensuring integrity, performance and scalability
- Integrate multiple data sources (relational databases, files and APIs) and perform ETL (extract, transform and load) processes
- Create interactive and visual reports and dashboards using Power BI, leveraging Power Query, DAX and custom visualizations
- Transform raw data into clear, actionable business insights, including the identification and visualization of market trends
- Ensure data quality, consistency and timely updates across all reports and dashboards
- Stay up to date with new Power BI features and BI/Data Analytics trends
- Document data models, processes and data flows
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s data security and governance policies
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, data processing, and graphical construction of business insights
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query and DAX
- Solid knowledge of SQL, ETL processes and Office 365
- Good understanding of databases and enterprise applications
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Microsoft Power BI certification
- Strong communication skills when interacting with stakeholders
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive solutions
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and autonomy
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
