Join our team as a Business Analyst (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Capture, analyse and document business, operational, regulatory and technical requirements
- Define, specify and plan system enhancements and actions aligned with business needs
- Act as a key liaison with internal development teams and external vendors, following up on enhancement requests
- Coordinate and communicate project status, risks and dependencies with internal and external stakeholders
- Test delivered enhancements and assess quality against requirements and acceptance criteria
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the required quality standards
- Prepare and provide regular project status reports to management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in similar roles (e.g. Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Project/Delivery role)
- Proven experience working within Corporate Investment Banking environments
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with FIS UBIX (considered a plus)
- Previous exposure to exchange traded derivatives (nice to have)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- French proficiency is highly valued
- Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
