Join our team as a Project Manager (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

•  Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic insurance transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation of core systems (policy administration, billing, claims) and integrations with insurers across Portugal and Spain
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Act as the key coordination point between business teams, IT teams, external partners, and insurance stakeholders
• Ensure alignment across all stakeholders and facilitate decision-making at executive level
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions supporting core insurance processes (policy lifecycle, premium management, claims handling)
• Monitor project progress through reporting, KPIs, and governance routines, ensuring transparency and control throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Proven experience in insurance industry projects (core systems implementation or transformation)
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes (policy, billing, claims)
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder and multi-country environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex project environments
• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (mandatory)
