Join our team as a Senior .Net Developer (Hybrid – Porto)!
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop Search and Subscription features for a public web portal using modern .NET technologies
- Build scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions aligned with the 2025 product roadmap
- Develop backend services using .NET, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET within a cloud-native architecture
- Apply microservices architecture and software design patterns to distributed systems environments
- Integrate new features seamlessly into the existing application architecture and user experience
- Deploy and manage applications using AWS and/or Azure cloud services
- Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement data access layers and database interactions using Entity Framework / EF Core
- Deliver high-quality code for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Write unit tests to ensure reliability, maintainability, and code quality
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions and developments
- Contribute to frontend enhancements using React.js or Angular when required
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support roadmap delivery and platform evolution
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance in distributed cloud environments
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET software development
- Strong expertise in .NET, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET
- Proven experience building cloud-native and distributed systems in production environments
- Solid experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services and infrastructure
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and software design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Experience with Entity Framework and/or EF Core for data access and persistence
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js or Angular is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of clean code principles, testing practices, and software maintainability
- Experience writing unit tests and delivering production-quality code
- Ability to create detailed and clear technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative engineering environments
- Experience working in modern, scalable, cloud-based application ecosystems
- English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto.
