Join our team as a Project Manager (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead projects from definition through final delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and required resources
- Ensure functional alignment across all involved business areas
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budget
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Maintain proper project documentation and governance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong functional profile, with less focus on operational reporting
- Proven ability to lead projects autonomously, end-to-end
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Leadership mindset with a high sense of ownership and responsibility
