Join our team as a Windows System Administrator (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft server environments, including Active Directory and Exchange;
- Oversee virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware, ensuring optimal performance and reliability;
- Implement and manage System Center solutions for efficient system monitoring, deployment, and automation;
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess, plan, and execute IT projects and initiatives;
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution;
- Monitor system performance, security, and capacity, implementing necessary adjustments and upgrades;
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Microsoft system administration.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Microsoft System Administration;
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange;
- In depth-experience with Hyper-V/VMware;
- Hands-on in System Center is a plus;
- Familiarity with Azure (desirable);
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
- Excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude.
