Join our team as a VMware Specialist (Full-Time – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize VMware environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Administer vSphere, focusing on resources like CPU, storage, and network.
- Configure and manage VMware ESX Servers, ensuring seamless virtualization.
- Implement and manage VMware VMotion, DRS, and HA for VM migration, resource distribution, and high availability.
- Oversee networking and storage architectures in VMware environments, ensuring smooth integration with virtual machines.
- Utilize VMware Consolidated Backup solutions for data protection and disaster recovery.
- Configure and manage VirtualCenter Management Server to provision and manage virtualized infrastructures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in VMware architecture and virtualization environments.
- Strong proficiency in VMware vSphere, ESX Server, VMotion, DRS, and HA.
- Experience in VMware networking and storage architecture, with hands-on experience in VMware Consolidated Backup solutions.
- Working knowledge of VirtualCenter Management Server and managing virtualized infrastructures.
- VMware certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are highly preferred.
- English proficiency.
