Join our team as a VMWare Engineer (Hybrid – Porto)!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and maintain the VMware vSphere infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Support and administer HPE x86 servers (ProLiant and Synergy) in virtualized environments.
  • Oversee and configure SAN switches (Brocade) to maintain efficient storage area networking.
  • Manage Pure Storage environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization, storage, and network issues.
  • Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning for virtualized and storage infrastructures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols for virtualization and storage systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with VMware vSphere infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of HPE x86 servers (ProLiant and Synergy).
  • Expertise in managing SAN switches (Brocade).
  • Hands-on experience with Pure Storage
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and storage area network (SAN) technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
