Join our team as a System Administrator (Hybrid – Aveiro)!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain in-house and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor IT security measures, including firewalls and endpoint protection.
• Maintain up-to-date network documentation and inventory.
• Oversee hardware and software procurement and ensure organized asset management.
• Manage user accounts and Microsoft 365 licenses.
• Support colleagues with hardware setup and account troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on IT projects and process improvements.
• Document all IT administration procedures clearly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure management and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IT security practices, hardware/software setup, and user support.
• Working knowledge of documentation and inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English.
