Join our team as a Systems Administrator (Hybrid – Portugal)!

What You’ll Do:

• Support and maintain Windows-based systems and environments.
• Perform basic administration tasks on Linux systems.
• Manage and maintain Oracle databases at a fundamental level.
• Work with IIS, Active Directory, and DNS services.
• Operate in virtualized environments.
• Participate in IT infrastructure migration projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the initial training period in Italy (first 3 months).
• Continue remote work from Portugal, with occasional visits to the office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems; basic Linux administration skills.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with IIS, Active Directory, and DNS.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
• Previous experience in IT migration projects is a plus.
• Self-driven, resilient, and eager to learn and adapt.
• Availability to stay in Italy for the first 3 months (training).
• Good communication skills in English.
