Join our team as a System Administrator (Windows and Linux) (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain Linux and Windows operating systems;
- Manage IT infrastructure components such as servers, load balancers, firewalls, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, Citrix, Avamar, Backup, Storage, and VMWare;
- Experience with establishing, documenting and maintaining disaster and backup & recovery procedures;
- Develop basic and complex Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR) and Emergency Response plans;
- Implement and support the policies, procedures and programs that ensure the recovery and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster;
- Perform risk management analysis and documents for disaster and backup & recovery plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator;
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as server, load balancer, firewall, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, Citrix, Avamar, Backup, Storage and VMWare;
- Experience working with datacenter operations (cloud or on-premises);
- Ability to identify key metrics and reporting methods that lead to actionable operational insight;
- Knowledge of DORA regulations;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB management, and change management processes as it relates to disaster recovery planning (PLUS).
