Join our team as a Solution Designer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Define and defend the principles of solution architecture with a global vision.
- Guide the delivery team on technical and business requirements.
- Define the tech stack and collaboration framework in partnership with the Technical Lead.
- Ensure the implementation of quality standards and release management.
- Interact with stakeholders (technical lead, product owner, etc.) and analyze technological risks.
- Keep up with technological trends, perform benchmarking, and explore new technologies.
- Provide technical support to teams and share knowledge, promoting best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with Python, Go, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, Docker, and Git.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, microservices, CI/CD, AWS/Azure.
- Proactive in proposing solutions, suggesting improvements, and adapting communication to stakeholders.
