Join our team as a Site Reability Engineer Azure DevOps Senior (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure Azure cloud architectures compliant with regulatory and security standards
- Ensure operational readiness of cloud applications running on Azure
- Implement and manage: Monitoring and alerting; High availability solutions; Disaster recovery strategies
- Lead the deployment, evolution, and governance of Azure Landing Zones (ALZ)
- Support scalable, secure, and well-governed Azure environments
- Collaborate closely with: Infrastructure teams, Application development teams
- Help development teams: Integrate applications into Azure; Optimize performance and reliability in the cloud
- Promote and share DevOps best practices across teams
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform
- Maintain and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
- Support containerized platforms, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Contribute to infrastructure modernization and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Azure services (architecture, security, networking, compute, storage)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Landing Zones (ALZ)
- Solid knowledge of AKS and containerized workloads
- Terraform development experience for infrastructure as code
- Python scripting skills for automation and tooling
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong autonomy, proactive mindset, and ownership of operational responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- DevOps mindset with a focus on reliability, automation, and performance
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level or higher)
- Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model (Lisbon).
