ServiceNow w/ PowerBI & Agile Consultant

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Service Delivery Management Lead by identifying areas of improvement in service and processes.
• Discuss BAU (Business As Usual) activities, review reports, and identify operational issues that require attention.
• Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) daily through regular contact with nearshore and offshore helpdesk teams.
• Challenge product helpdesk teams in their daily activities.
• Assist and support customer entities and Group HR by handling key issue coordination and holding catch-up calls to review BAU activities and escalation cases.
• Communicate with customers regarding any relevant issues or activities within the YES scope (upgrades, incidents, outages).
• Prepare and hold governance instances such as Community Calls or entity calls.
• Administer the ticketing tool, including user access administration, service catalog maintenance, continuous improvement, and report formalization.
• Formalize regular data reports to monitor service quality.
• Coordinate, monitor, and implement the release management process.
• Calculate and monitor BAU revenues.

Qualifications:

• + 5 years of experience as Servicenow Consultant
• Expertise in Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in Power BI.
• Expertise in ServiceNow.
• Experience working in an English-speaking environment.
