
ServiceNow Consultant (Solution Architect)

Join our team as a ServiceNow Consultant (Solution Architect) (Remote)!
- Conduct functional design workshops and create design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
- Engage with customers to address technical solutions, challenging and validating their requirements.
- Provide creative solutions to business problems, technology issues, and process challenges.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support, validate, and contribute to client presentations, workshops, proof-of-concept designs, and responses to technical and business inquiries.
- Lead the hands-on technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, from design and development to testing and implementation.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Mentor and coach team members while sharing best practices and knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, either in a development or consulting role.
- Proven leadership skills in managing small teams and projects.
- Ability to produce documentation at various levels, including technical and customer-facing materials.
- Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management or any large enterprise SaaS solution.
- Strong expertise and experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience in ServiceNow areas such as ATF, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and SECOPS, along with integrations, is highly desirable.
- ServiceNow certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable.
- Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell.
- Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) is a plus.
