Join our team as a Service Desk Engineer – Data Support (Remote Based in Portugal)!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1st line support for BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ensure data security and compliance with platform security guidelines
- Work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, delivering efficient support and clear communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, platform security, and data security guidelines
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
