Join our team as a Service Desk Engineer (Apache NiFi, Splunk, and Elastic) (Remote Based in Portugal)!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support, handling more complex requests independently.
- Diagnose and quickly resolve technical issues (troubleshooting).
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring high-quality support.
- Accurately document all requests and applied solutions.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to find the best solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on the utilized technologies.
- Manage and track incidents and service requests.
- Understand and correctly apply escalation processes.
- Handle multiple requests simultaneously (multi-tasking).
- Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- n-depth knowledge of Apache NiFi, Splunk, and Elastic.
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level technical support.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate on solutions.
- Experience in incident and service request management.
- Knowledge of escalation processes.
- Proactive, organized, and multi-tasking skills.
- Interest in continuous learning and professional improvement
