Join our team as a Security Specialist (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the existing Fortinet infrastructure daily.
• Provide consultative support for infrastructures under local management or acquisition, as requested.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all managed and supported infrastructures.
• Address configuration change requests from the Cybersecurity team.
• Escalate issues to the manufacturer’s tier 3 support if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing Fortinet products.
• Strong proficiency in configuring networks with static and dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF) using Fortinet equipment.
• Hands-on experience managing Fortinet infrastructures, including QoS, shaping, and web application publishing.
• Proficiency in managing SSL VPNs for users and IPSec Site-to-Site VPNs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN.
• Experience in planning firmware upgrades following manufacturer guidelines.
• Ability to propose improvements and changes to the infrastructure.
• A valid Fortinet certification is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese with clear and concise expression.
• Empathy and conflict management skills, fostering strong interpersonal relationships.
• High sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, with a dynamic and detail-oriented approach.
• Resilience in tackling unfamiliar challenges.
