Join our team as a Salesforce Technical Lead (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team, providing technical guidance and ensuring solution quality.

  • Architect robust, scalable Salesforce solutions following best practices and minimizing technical debt.

  • Build custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

  • Oversee Salesforce integration with enterprise systems using Salesforce APIs and integration tools.

  • Conduct reviews to ensure performance, security, and best practices.

  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

  • Provide advanced technical support to developers and end users.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

  • Coach team members on Salesforce development best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Salesforce development, with proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Ideally Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

  • Strong ability to lead and inspire a team of developers.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce development and integration best practices.

  •  Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Skilled in addressing and resolving complex technical challenges.

  • Quick to embrace new technologies and evolving project requirements.

  •  Able to produce clear, detailed technical documentation

  • Mandatory: French (B2)
