Join our team as a Release Managers Salesforce (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the Salesforce platform’s source code management process within internal sprints.
- Monitor the technical scope (run) and coordinate version updates with the Tech Lead.
- Track new developments and assess their impact on the solution ecosystem.
- Ensure deployments meet compliance standards across Development, Validation, Non-Regression Testing, and Quality environments.
- Act as the main interface between all stakeholders (Salesforce Administrator, Lead Developer, etc.) in version management and software configuration processes.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years in Salesforce development, with proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Ideally holds Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate development teams.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce development and integration best practices.
- Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
- Comfortable with quickly adopting new technologies and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Ability to produce and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation.
- Mandatory: French (B2)
