Join our team as a QA Automation Engineer (Hybrid– Porto)!

What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy efficient Python frameworks for automating comprehensive end-to-end testing, ensuring they meet industry standards.
• Manage the testing framework’s development from start to finish, including deployment, monitoring, and continuous support.
• Guide the smooth implementation of the framework into current systems and workflows.
• Use monitoring solutions to analyze test execution and share detailed insights with key stakeholders.
• Address any issues promptly, update the framework as needed, and maintain peak performance.
• Partner with the Integration team to align the testing framework with their objectives and requirements.
• Organize training sessions and share insights to help the team maximize the value of the testing framework.
• Prepare and update detailed guides on the framework’s structure, functionality, and upkeep.
• Leverage Ansible to streamline the deployment and configuration of the testing framework.
• Deliver high-quality outputs, including the framework, test scripts, monitoring dashboards, training resources, and clear KPIs to track automation progress.
• Actively identify and implement ways to enhance QA practices and strategies across teams.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Python, with a proven track record in building automated testing frameworks.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end testing practices and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring test results and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle of testing frameworks, including design, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Skilled in creating and delivering training resources to upskill team members.
• Exceptional documentation abilities, tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of QA processes and a proactive approach to driving improvements across teams.
