Join our team as a Project Manager (Salesforce) (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, execute, and deliver Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement action plans to mitigate them.
• Ensure developed solutions meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to end users for successful adoption.
• Propose continuous improvements and innovations to optimize existing processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with specialization in Salesforce.
• Strong skills in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce features and capabilities (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certifications are a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly.
• Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Strategic analysis skills to develop solutions aligned with client needs.
• Mandatory: French (B2)
