What You’ll Do:
- Translate business needs into high-level designs, wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
- Create and refine user flows, ensuring clarity and efficiency in the user experience.
- Conduct usability testing, document insights, and iterate based on feedback.
- Research and analyze market trends, users, and product roadmaps to drive strategic decisions.
- Bring innovation to digital platforms by exploring beyond industry trends.
- Advocate for the end user, ensuring designs enhance usability and engagement.
- Use systems thinking to simplify complexity, making digital experiences intuitive and user-friendly.
- Participate in design reviews, present work to stakeholders, and contribute to the design system.
- Influence and prioritize UX initiatives within the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your role in digital product design, problem-solving, and innovation.
- A user-centric mindset, with the ability to empathize and create simple, intuitive experiences.
- Ability to independently own the design process, from concept to final implementation.
- Solid understanding of UX best practices and usability principles.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups, agile teams, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a structured design approach.
- High level of enthusiasm and adaptability, with a passion for continuous improvement.
