Join our team as a Platform Administrator & Support Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for applications and infrastructure platforms.
  • Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft-based platforms, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Implement, migrate, and manage multi-technology platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and vulnerabilities affecting systems and services.
  • Participate in the automation of operational tasks and service management processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to investigate issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain and improve monitoring, operational processes, and internal support tools.
  • Create and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
  • Ensure compliance with service management processes and IT governance frameworks.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for remote night support, shared across the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles combining platform administration and application support.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft platform administration, including Active Directory management.
  • Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and standards like ISO 20000.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex environments.
  • Experience identifying and resolving system vulnerabilities and operational issues.
  • Ability to analyze system behavior and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
  • Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
