Join our team as a PLSQL Developer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain solutions using SQL and PLSQL, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Write, optimize, and review queries, procedures, and database scripts.
• Collaborate in database modelling and architecture design.
• Support integration with core banking systems and related solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and onboarding for junior team members when required.
• Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to team ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+years of experience in SQL and PLSQL development.
• Strong understanding of database modelling and relational database concepts.
• Knowledge of programming languages (procedural or object-oriented).
• Ability to coach and support junior team members, acting as a role model.
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum methodology.
• Experience in Core Banking systems is a plus.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
