Join our team as a Microsoft Exchange Consultant (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Work on billable engagements to design, develop, implement, or upgrade solutions using standard or new methods, techniques, and top IT technologies.
• Handle assignments ranging from basic to highly complex, including analysis, architecture design, and problem-solving recommendations for complete business solutions or technical applications.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on the correct application of solutions or techniques that deliver high client value.
• Collaborate within a team, sharing and gathering expertise across different Microsoft services.
• Support and reinforce the Modern Workplace and Security Team.

Qualifications:

• Resilient team player.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experienced consultant with strong technical expertise in systems infrastructure, especially in Microsoft environments.
• Microsoft-based enterprise environments.
• Windows operating systems (client and server) configuration and management.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Active Directory design, implementation, and administration.
• Exchange design, implementation, and administration.
