Join our team as a Linux Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon, Porto)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Linux-based infrastructures, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Manage and automate configuration and provisioning tasks using Ansible.
• Support containerization and orchestration environments with OpenShift.
• Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, applying security and performance best practices.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and operational excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implementing automation and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Linux Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration.
• Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Experience working with OpenShift for container orchestration and deployment.
• Solid understanding of Linux networking, security, and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused mindset.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
