Join our team as a Java Developer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
• Contribute to the redesign of the Composition Tools project by transforming current edition feed streams into XML.
• Develop, test, and implement various batches for the transformation of publishing flows.
• Support the preparation and execution of the acceptance phase.
• Ensure compliance with milestones in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain operational conditions and manage changes in migrated flows.
• Monitor production environments: perform reporting, analysis, and provide incident resolution proposals.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Planning, Maturation, Grooming, Review, and Retrospective to foster team collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java (including Java 17) and XML.
• Experience with z/OS and Cobol is a plus.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and team rituals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (French is a Plus).
