Join our team as a IT Support Manager (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Enhance the technology risk framework and contingency plans.
• Evaluate technology risk indicators and contingencies.
• Track critical IT incidents and operational risks.
• Oversee mitigation actions for major IT incidents and operational risks.
• Validate the annual Disaster Recovery schedule.
• Monitor annual Disaster Recovery drills.
• Follow up on the annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) review.
• Identify RTO/RT and RPO/RP gaps and monitor corrective measures.
• Ensure the accuracy of the Operational Continuity and Technology Recovery Plans.
• Centralize contributions to the Bank’s Resolution and Recovery Plans, and OCIR.
• Review department processes.
• Report activities and incidents internally and externally

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Mathematics, Management, Economics, or Law.
• Familiar with the Three Lines of Defense model.
• Knowledge of IT regulatory requirements in banking, especially business continuity and technology contingency.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in formal writing.
• High responsibility and organizational skills.
• Autonomy and critical thinking.
