What You’ll Do:
- Lead integration design workshops to gather requirements from clients or internal stakeholders.
- Write functional design documents and obtain client sign-off.
- Support developers by clarifying requirements and ensuring accurate implementation.
- Perform unit testing and collaborate with the testing team to review test scripts.
- Design integrations, particularly in SAP CPI (payroll integrations preferred but not required).
- Engage with key stakeholders, including Product Owners, Integration Architects, Developers, and Testers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Designer or Business Analyst.
- Strong background in SuccessFactors EC and experience in designing CPI integrations.
- Proven ability to lead design workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to summarize key action items effectively.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
