Join our team as a Functional Analyst (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create UML diagrams and user cases.
• Utilize BPM modeling tools such as Bizagi, ARIS, Visio, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate on projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional methods (PMBOK).
• Contribute to business process analysis using methodologies like BABOK and BPMN.
• Work with SQL and relational database tools such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Assist in public sector projects, leveraging knowledge of sector-specific regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a related role (mandatory).
• Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements (mandatory).
• Experience creating UML diagrams and user cases (mandatory).
• Proficiency in BPM tools such as Bizagi, ARIS, Visio, or other modeling platforms (mandatory).
• Certification in Smart Business Platform (mandatory).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional methodologies (PMBOK) (preferred).
• Experience with business process analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK, BPMN) (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL and relational database tools (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) (preferred).
• Proven experience in public sector projects or knowledge of public sector regulations (preferred).
