Join our team as a Field Deskside (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and diagnose Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft tools.
• Identify and fix hardware (HW) and software (SW) problems.
• Diagnose issues in Microsoft operating systems (OS).
• Repair and replace micro-informatics components.
• Identify and understand the function of all hardware components (e.g., hard drives, memory, etc.).
• Perform network troubleshooting in IP networks using IP commands.
• Configure network devices in Microsoft environments.
• Share printing equipment across networks in Microsoft environments.
• Set up folder/file access permissions and security options.
• Provide hardware support for printing equipment.
• Operate and support audiovisual equipment (projectors and sound systems)

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Practical experience in hardware repair and replacement.
• Knowledge of network configuration and security settings.
• Experience with audiovisual equipment is a plus.
