Join our team as a Expert Citrix (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments. Optimize application delivery and user experience across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures. Troubleshoot and resolve performance and availability issues.
• Configure and maintain NetScaler appliances for load balancing, application delivery, and secure remote access. Implement TLS VPNs, MFA authentication, and other security measures. Monitor and optimize NetScaler performance for high availability and scalability.
• Fine-tune Citrix policies, profiles, and resource allocation to ensure a seamless user experience. Conduct performance assessments and implement improvements based on user feedback and real-time data.
• Set up and configure ControlUp dashboards. Use insights to proactively resolve bottlenecks and optimize performance. Generate and analyze reports to guide decisions and leverage automation for troubleshooting and administration.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data protection and access control.
• Use Citrix Director and ControlUp Insight to monitor system health, performance, and usage trends.
•  Work with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with enterprise systems. Provide training and support to end users and IT staff. Document processes and configurations for efficient system management.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Citrix CVAD (Virtual Apps and Desktops) and NetScaler (Citrix ADC) administration.
• Strong knowledge of load balancing, application delivery, and secure remote access solutions.
• Experience with TLS VPNs, MFA, and other security configurations.
• Proficiency in ControlUp deployment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex performance and availability issues.
• Familiarity with Citrix Director and other monitoring tools.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional IT teams.
• Commitment to security, compliance, and user experience optimization.
