Join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (Hybrid – Porto)!
What You’ll Do:
-
Participate in the analysis, functional design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights).

Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including testing, training, and go-live.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders within the banking industry.

Ensure best practices in the configuration, integration, and use of Dynamics 365 platforms.

Contribute to the continuous evolution of solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant.

Strong expertise in Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights modules.
-
Hands-on experience in Banking industry projects is a plus.
-
Ability to understand business processes, map requirements, and propose effective solutions.
-
Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and results-oriented approach.
- Portuguese and English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
- Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
