What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Implement integrations and workflows to optimize CRM functionalities.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and reliability.
- Lead and contribute to CRM solution initiatives, driving projects from design to delivery.
- Develop custom .NET extensions and system integrations to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Customer Experience Management team, applying innovative approaches and fostering continuous learning.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
