Join our team as a Data Product Manager Senior (Hybrid – Lisbon)!
What You’ll Do:
- Align data team initiatives with business strategy and technology frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally, including with the Frankfurt hub
- Lead end-to-end data initiatives (from ideation to execution)
- Own and manage the full data product lifecycle
- Define and implement: Data governance frameworks, Data quality standards, Metadata management strategies
- Engage with platform users to ensure delivery of real business value
- Define priorities and manage product roadmaps
- Deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions
- Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to optimize workflows
- Drive the cultural shift from “data delivery” to “data as a product”
- Build resilient, high-quality data products for internal and external use
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in: Data platforms and architecture, Analytics engineering and scalable data systems
- Solid experience with: Data modeling (e.g., dimensional modeling), Advanced SQL and analytical techniques
- Hands-on experience in: Data governance, metadata management, and cataloging, Defining and aligning product/data standards
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (at least one): Azure, AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Fabric, Experience with cloud data warehouses
- Proven product management experience: Managing full lifecycle (ideation → delivery), Defining product vision and strategy for data platforms/products
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments
- Experience with BI and analytics tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI
- Understanding of: Cost optimization in data solutions, Data privacy, governance, and compliance requirements
- Technical knowledge of: CI/CD pipelines, Machine learning workflows, Feature engineering, SLAs, data contracts, and data quality agreements
- English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
