Join our team as a Cloud Systems Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the migration to the cloud, ensuring alignment between teams (infrastructure, operations, security) and delivering secure and compliant solutions.
• Design cloud-native solutions focusing on security, scalability, and resilience using public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Automate cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform and Ansible, ensuring best practices in cloud operations.
• Lead complex initiatives in cloud migration, unblocking critical points and coordinating solutions across teams.
• Collaborate with global teams, ensuring high-quality technical deliveries and aligning with the project’s strategic goals.
• Use Agile methodologies and tools to manage workflows and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in cloud systems engineering, with a strong focus on public cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong communication skills, capable of working in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with cloud-native solution design, cloud migrations, and cloud security best practices.
• One of the following certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience using JIRA and Confluence for project management.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
