Join our team as a Cloud Engineer (Hybrid – Aveiro)!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards our customers, ensuring high-quality delivery and satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams working on Azure cloud adoption projects.
• Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment.
• Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs, gather requirements, and provide expert consultation on enterprise Azure usage.
• Take ownership of key technical decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Advocate for engineering best practices and maintain high quality standards throughout the delivery process.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
• Contribute to project planning by offering insights on technical feasibility and complexity.
• Act as a link between stakeholders and technical teams, simplifying complex concepts for various audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in Azure services, infrastructure, and enterprise implementations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, with a passion for delivering quality solutions.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with experience in improving Customer Experience in technical projects.
