Join our team as a Cloud Engineer (Hybrid – Aveiro)!
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build resilient, secure, and compliant cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure
- Support the migration of on-premise workloads to the cloud
- Optimize performance and availability of cloud-based applications
- Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and test cloud environments
- Refactor and modernize applications into cloud-native architectures
- Implement and manage containers and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform)
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (especially with Azure DevOps)
- Monitor cloud resource usage and define cost optimization strategies
- Collaborate in agile teams, contributing to iterative cloud migrations
- Translate complex cloud architectures into code and documentation
- Support and guide customers by demonstrating technical and business value of cloud adoption
Qualifications:
- BSc in IT Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
- 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer (focus on Microsoft Azure)
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and Azure services
- Experience with secure virtual networking in the cloud
- Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes
- Strong experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in agile teams
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively within teams
- Strong focus on customer experience and cloud value delivery
- English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
- Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
