Join our team as a Cloud Adoption Team Lead (Hybrid – Aveiro)!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure efficient task distribution.
• Serve as a key consultant for enterprise Azure adoption, addressing all customer concerns.
• Ensure timely technical decisions and maintain the highest delivery standards.
• Act as the primary technical interface between our customers and internal teams.
• Advocate for best practices and quality standards, ensuring top-tier project delivery.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation in your team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and managing multi-functional engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality, precise work.
• Strong ownership of projects, with the ability to drive them to completion.
• Collaborative and open to learning from others.
• Fluency in English
