Join our team as a Business Analyst Salesforce (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze user and stakeholder requirements to define business solutions.
• Write detailed functional specifications and design documentation.
• Model and optimize business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
• Configure Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Participate in solution testing to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Train end-users on new features and Salesforce best practices.
• Provide ongoing support to users, resolving issues and optimizing Salesforce usage.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and project managers to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specialization in Salesforce projects.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis and business process modeling.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce; certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator are a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making.
• Ability to produce clear, detailed documentation.
• Adaptable to a fast-changing environment and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Mandatory: French (B2)
