Join our team as a Business Analyst – MDM (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive and manage the scoping phase of Master Data Management (MDM) projects, including workload estimation for implementation.
• Facilitate and lead business workshops during the design phase, ensuring all requirements are gathered effectively.
• Coordinate activities across technical, release management, and data integration teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional designs for the Tibco EBX solution.
• Define and implement data models, business rules, and process specifications within EBX.
• Manage and update interface agreements as required.
• Design, plan, and execute functional testing to validate implementation quality.
• Collaborate on user acceptance, integration tests, and migration phases, providing robust support to end users.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and actively participate in various committees.
• Participate in Agile meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and ongoing implementation activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with MDM and Tibco EBX solutions.
• Proven skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and effective communication.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, reporting, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in functional design, including data modeling and business rule creation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to report progress effectively in Agile frameworks.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• French language proficiency is a plus.
