What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and gather processes, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Map current processes (AS-IS) and design future processes (TO-BE).
• Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and automation points.
• Ensure requirements are well-defined, testable, and aligned with processes and objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand business needs.
• Work within the Digital Enterprise Management team to drive change and innovation with customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in analysis and gathering of business requirements
• Expertise in process mapping (AS-IS and TO-BE)
• Familiarity with methodologies such as BPMN and UML for process modeling
