Join our team as a Azure Systems Administrator (Remote – Portugal)!

What You’ll Do:

• Administer and maintain Azure / Microsoft 365 tenants across multiple entities
• Configure and manage policies, governance, and security controls
• Manage user identities and access via Azure AD / Entra ID
• Oversee and support around 150 endpoints (laptops, mobile devices, user accounts)
• Handle endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Ensure endpoint protection and security monitoring using Microsoft Defender
• Monitor and coordinate cybersecurity operations with external providers
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
• Provide end-user support within the Modern Workplace ecosystem
• Manage and maintain device inventory (~120 computers), including:
• Warranty tracking
• Repair coordination
• Support and maintain collaboration tools like SharePoint Online and OneDrive
• Potentially contribute to small IT projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferably with Cybersecurity focus) or equivalent technical diploma
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Azure / Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong expertise in Modern Workplace technologies, including:
• Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
• Microsoft Defender
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
• Experience managing endpoints, identities, and device lifecycle
• Understanding of cybersecurity operations and compliance
• Experience providing technical support to end users
• Basic experience in IT project management (nice to have)
• ITIL certification or training (nice to have)
• Microsoft certifications such as: AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, AZ-500 (preferred)
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2). 
• Living in Portugal and available to work in remote model.
